As soon as someone feels like they aren't getting enough attention they start to rock the boat. If everyone's eyes aren't on the same goal then collectively the boat is going to sink. There are four life preservers on our boat but don't try to fall overboard more than once.

Yes. I have seen quite a few of "the ultimate" tributes to KISS over the years. Each one including ours has strengths and weaknesses. Some do things better than others. Ironically, the drummer in "Gods Of Thunder" and I played in my high school band together in the early 80's. I think that when a KISS tribute anywhere does a show it's great for all of us.

I just had the greatest time at your show in Myrtle Beach. It was my first time seeing you guys and was totally impressed with the whole performance! Your passion really comes thru. A DVD of your experience there sounds great. As with KISS, I'm sure the outfits, makeup, equipment and staging takes alot of time and money to produce. Do you have them made professionally, or do you make them yourself? Who gets the fun task of "cleaning up" the outfits after the shows?

This past weekend was pretty much a "hit oriented" weekend. Other than "Room Service" on Friday night in Pittsburgh we really didn't do anything that was that out of the ordinary. As for rare songs that I would like to do? Over the years we've dabbled with so many different songs. Some worked, some didn't. I think "All Hell's Breakin' Loose" would be cool.

We have a really great seamstress that pulls her hair out every time we call her because she knows she's in for a rough time. Some pieces were made by professionals north of the border. The rhinestone and spot (stud) work is all done by us. Every member is responsible for maintaining his own outfit. Believe it or not I even hand wash my own bodysuits!

The biggest show I've ever played was recently in Myrtle Beach. Being chosen by the owner of the KISS Coffeehouse to represent KISS fans all over the world was really special. Knowing that Ace was within earshot of what we were doing made me raise the bar just a little bit and then to have him come out and play "Shock Me" with us was mind-blowing! I really can't put into words just how that whole experience made me feel. It was emotional and exciting all at the same time. I realize how special that moment was and how few people will ever know the feeling. I played that song not only for myself but every KISS fan that night!

I've always loved the song and the premise was that if we were going to do this all the way then we wanted a name that would not be overused like some song titles are for tributes. There is only one "MR.SPEED".
