(just sayin') I'm one of those who shop at Wally World, and for the most part I like it. some have problems with Walmart for some of the way they treat some of their employees. Sadly, this is true. A few years back when I was in Teller School one of the ladies told me her own personal story. No full time (expect during the Christmas holiday rush, if then) to avoid paying benefits. It is aggravating/ annoying when they have several check-outs and only like 6 are open! I live in an area bombarded with tourist. You better get there bright and early or very late at night if you just wanna run in and run out. A lot of people didn't want the Walmart built where it is because it's a few blocks from an elementary school and they were afraid of the extra traffic. Well, in my opinion they should have thought about traffic when they put that school less than two blocks from an interstate off ramp. Posts: 605 (06/28/09 12:54 PM) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	Walmart here is a good place to work for really, the only really complaint I have about the one I work at is: all the younger managers they have, they haven't even started to live life yet and they are managers over people 2 and 3 times their age, happens everywhere right.. Well the problem comes in when A Doctor sends a note to let someone do something a certain way because they are going to have surgery and so the area doesn't get agrovated in the mean time this person needs some done this way (not something that affects in any way their ablity to do their jub), and managment won't let people do what they need to do to get throgh the day.. Not to go into detail but this does happen at Walmart, they seem to think they know better than a doctor what someone needs.. ================KISS freak for life, husband of the most beautiful woman in the universe, father of the greatest girls ever, and stepfather of one nut,and Grand Dad to one BEAUTIFUL Baby Girl forever.. I love them all with all my heart and always will !!!
