This year we did something diplomatic...I chose one and Andrew chose one! My selection was Cheap Trick's "Dream Police" and Andrew chose Led Zeppelin's "Whole Lotta Love". He told me that KISS actually used "Whole Lotta Love" back in '77. I chose "Dream Police" because I really love Cheap Trick. It's pretty much that simple. We like to use songs that we enjoy so that get us up just a bit before we begin the show.

Since performing all of the songs off "Hotter Than Hell" at the Indy expo, are there any songs from the album that you guys have decided to add to your playlist that wasn't on before, or possibly keep in "rotation"? Of the rare tracks from the album we really haven't added anything to our normal show since performing them in Indy. To be honest, the only song that has seen a steady rotation into our show from that set is "Tossin' and Turnin'". We played it last night and got a very good response from the crowd.

Sure, it was great growing up with "Live At Budokan" but "Silver" combines alot of the elements of any great band into one package. There are lots of songs...they bring back previous members to play on tracks that they originally played on in the first place...and it's live! Beyond that I really like the "Rockford" record from a few years back and of course "Budokan" is special as well. I can remember being at a childhood friends house on Friday nights listening to records and "Budokan" was one that we had. I miss those days...the innocence of it all and just loving music because it made you feel good.
